- Monitor interest rate and reach out to your loan officer when you’d like to refinance.
- Present your savings voucher to your loan officer at application.
- Secure your lender credit of up to $1,595 when the loan closes.

Terms & Conditions
The GO Mortgage Move Now, Save Later promotion is valid at participating locations only on purchase loans closed with Go Mortgage between 11/6/2023 – 11/6/2024. This promotion is not available at our Poland-OH, Winchester-VA, Front Royal-VA, Harrisonburg-VA, Charlottesville-VA, or Tarpon Springs-FL locations. After 6 full payments, the borrower is eligible. After 6 full payments, the borrower is eligible to refinance the purchase loan with GO Mortgage and receive a lender credit up to $1,595 towards applicable lender fees (underwriting, application, commitment, and processing fees). The GO Mortgage refinance must be closed on or before 12/31/2025. Refinance loan is subject to underwriting and collateral approval and must be a first mortgage. Only one lender credit per property being refinanced. This lender credit is void where prohibited and is non-transferrable, subject to the terms herein, and valid on complete and closed loans only. By refinancing an existing loan, your total finance charges may be higher over the life of the loan. Some loans may be subject to prepayment penalties. Not all borrowers will qualify. This promotion may not be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. This is not a commitment to lend. To claim to the credit, borrower must present their GO Mortgage Move Now, Save Later Savings Voucher at the time of application for refinance loan.
