Kat is a graduate of Liberty University with a Bachelors of Applied Science in Financial Business Administration and Management. She adds this degree to her two Associates from Piedmont Virginia Community College in Business Management. She brings a certain expertise to the field having worked in finance, banking, sales, and customer service for 20 years, serving Charlottesville and surrounding counties graciously. Experienced and educated, she is creative in originating loans that suit her client’s needs, interests, and goals. Her inherent dedication and enthusiastic nature make for a smooth transaction and aid in reaching her personal goal: to exceed customer expectations.
Kat is the office’s social butterfly. She spends her free time gathering with friends and family at impromptu barbeques and is passionate about celebrating and enjoying life through new experiences and traveling. Kat also advocates for the underprivileged in our local community by dedicating her time and efforts to Central Virginia Health Services, a local non-profit health foundation that offers various medical services to those underserved throughout Central Virginia. She is proud fur parent to a pack of spoiled French bull dogs and Shorty Bulls for whom she cares for unconditionally. As a hobby breeder, Kat enjoys giving loving families the opportunity to find the same joy she has in her fur babies.
